ellos Women's Plus Size Striped Henley Tunic Oversized Long Top Wear with Leggings

Read reviews before purchasing this shirt. Most stated fit was 1-2 sizes too big. I ordered my usual size anyway because I wanted the fit to be baggy. When received, the fit was 2 sizes larger and way too big on me. HOWEVER, the shirt is 100% Cotton (which I couldn't find on the website advertisement), so after washing/drying on warm, it shrunk. After a couple of washings/dryings, the shirt no longer shrinks and is a perfect baggy shirt on me. I love the length (could be worn as a dress), the loose fit, the sleeve length and most of all, that it is very comfortable. After laundering, the shirt comes out a little wrinkled, but nothing that a light ironing doesn't straighten out. Sometimes, I wear mine wrinkled for a truly comfy shirt. I am ordering 2 more of these shirts in different colors, but 1 size smaller and will launder in cold water and cool heat. I would order 2 sizes smaller if I was going to have it dry cleaned.

Great blouses! Very well made and nice colors. A bit larger than expected, but would not order a smaller size (ordered a Large for 5'8", 200 lbs). Love that the blouses are extra long, so many 'tunic' length blouses barely hit hip area, and these are very nice!

I bought a few different colors of this same shirt a few years ago and they're still looking good. I prefer natural fibers (cotton, rayon, linen, etc.), so I expect wrinkles. I always dry them on a clothes hanger on the shower rod and if I'm wearing one out and about, I hit it with my handheld steamer for a minute.To wear around the house I just toss the dry shirt in the dryer on the wrinkle release cycle for a few minutes but that didn't work too well with this one. I'm hoping the fabric becomes softer and smoother after a several washes. Because these fit great, hold up well, are darn comfortable, and cover my generous backside. Win/win/win!

I really wanted to love this tunic. I had one like this from another plus size store and wore it until it fell apart (and the store no longer sells it). This was my first time ordering Ellos, so I read all of the reviews and followed the recommendations. I even bought a vinyl tape measure, took my measurements (with help so as to be accurate), and followed their sizing chart (the one in the photo) after making sure it was the same sizing chart used in their website. Based on my measurements and their size chart, I ordered a 2X (I am usually a 3X). I put it on one minute after it was delivered and... total disappointment. My 6 year old daughter started laughing hysterically saying it looked like a man's shirt. A very big man's shirt. And she was right. The 2X is huge on me (remember, I followed their sizing chart with my actual measurements and I usually wear a 3X). I definitely looks like I am wearing a man's shirt ON TOP OF American football shoulder pads! It it THAT big. Since there are no free returns, I washed it and hung it to dry to see if it would shrink. It did shrink a little, but not enough for it to fit like I am NOT wearing a man's shirt. The shirt IS cotton, which I like, and the fabric does not feel cheap (hence the 3 stars) but the way it is woven makes the cotton is way too stiff (even after washing), which does not help it look any less manly. Had it been a softer weave or lighter cotton, the hugeness may not have been as noticeable, or it may have been tolerable, because it a lighter cotton would probably hang better and have a little sway or swing. But it is not and so I now have a new nightshirt... or maybe just a house coat because I am not sure I can sleep with cotton as stiff as the one this shirt it made of. Hope this helps.

This too is WAY too long (I am 5’8”), so I had it altered. Otherwise I’d have returned it after one washing on a gentle cycle. It was hung immediately after the dryer cycle, but the thing looked like it had spent a month wadded up in a drawer - every inch was creased snd crinkled.Not easy to iron it due to the design. Washed it, spent nearly a half-hour ironing it to look decent, donated it to a women’s shelter.

I have 4 of these tops in different colors & love they way they look & feel. Only thing is they need ironing (which I HATE to do) but that's minor. Are nice & long, too.

This fits as shown on the model. it's an easy shirt to wear with jeans - longer in back that a typical tunic, but in a cute way. The 3/4 sleeves can be rolled and buttoned to be worn shorter. It doesn't wrinkle excessively while wearing. Best part about it is that it is a light enough fabric to wear spring through fall, but not thin enough to need a cami.
