I loved this book as it is full of amazing coaching mentoring guidance in start, running and reputation in business.Each chapters will get you thinking about your current situation and bring to lights for suggestions for new ideas where you want to take your business through networking, marketing, copying writing and PR campaigns.Overall a highly recommended book and one to reference back to to refresh the memory.May it continue to be a major bestseller.Best wishes Sean

The authors of this book are Key People of Influence and WHY I bought it. Well written, well organized, the 5 steps are intuitive and relevant to me as I build my own KPI profile. Many secrets revealed within these masteful pages from an insiders point of view made my task list.A few gems for me included pitching an idea, leveraging the title of Author, revenue generation from product eco-systems, leveraging other KPI's networks with partnerships...A bonus was the Audiobook narrator Maloneys voice which I found delightful. I left the last page understanding more than when I began, and that becoming a KPI is a team game. I recommend this book.

Excellent and engaging. A great mix of action steps, examples, stories, and encouragement. A must-read for every entrepreneur looking to step out of the constant busy-ness of business and into being a Key Person of Influence.

If you have not read this book and you are thinking about it. Stop thinking and read it!!!I had no idea that this book would literally turn my world upside down and help me harness the gifts and skills I already have.I have just finished it and I am reading it a second time, there are lots of gold nuggets. The best thing of all is that it is a very simple read and it explains 5 major areas that need to be examined.
