Seems to be good. I feel some difference in my body. I'm a heavy drinker. Stopped drinking and started taking this liver detox. In 20 days, I feel even my digestion is back to normal. When I started using milk thistle I was pretty unsure how it would effect me with my liver issues cause i always take a step back from taking supplements but after using it for a while much to my surprise it helped me a lot with my diabetic and gas related issues I strongly recommend it.

It is good for liver detox but consult your doctor before taking it. It didn't suit me.
