Superb Keyboard and Amazon support. Wish the mising Adapter was supplied with keyboard delivery.
The packaging was good, and the product received was genuine and brand new. The Casio keyboard is superb — my kids absolutely love it! However, I was disappointed that the AC adapter was not included, even though the description mentioned it. My kids were eagerly waiting to play the piano, but without the adapter, they couldn’t — which really spoiled the excitement. I contacted Amazon, and they helpfully suggested I order the adapter separately, after which they refunded the cost as a gift card. Thanks, Amazon, for the prompt support! That said, I still notice the product listing mentions the adapter is included. I request Amazon to update the description so it doesn’t mislead future buyers.

No power supply in the box
I do not know why there was no power supply/adapter in the box. Without adapter you must use 6 battery which is just enough for couple of hours. Could you please ship me the adapter, too??

DO NOT BUY FROM THE SELLER NEWBLUE!
The seller's listing states that an AC adapter is included, but this is misleading, it was not provided. Additionally, the piano is not functioning properly. It shuts off randomly and has multiple issues. Also, the seller is unresponsive. I am requesting a full refund.
