The 2 sides do not always stick together, and you have to open the window time and again to retrieve the second half. Not a good design. **Q: What is the thickness of piece that goes on the outside of the window? I only have a very small opening between the sliding door & outside railing.** A: Sorry. Cannot answer. The magnet was so strong I could not get it apart and returned it. **Q: What's the spillage situation with this if using a spray cleaner to prep window? My neighbor below has an awning that I'm concerned about damaging.** A: If you haven't already ordered this item... DON'T!!! I tried to use this device, but no matter how or what I did to try to use this window cleaner, nothing worked!!! **Q: Would this damage the inside of the window?** A: It cleans your Window inside and outside at the same time , its wonderful ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ Does not work! *by F***. on 23 February 2025* Although my window is double glassed but the magnet should be strong enough to work.
