Wet it first, then put it in freezer.
I’m happy with my purchase, but it didn’t get as cold as I would personally like, so I dunked it in water and then put it in the freezer. That worked!! Came out cold enough for me and way better than just putting it dry in the freezer. I use it for my little pinky finger.

Immediate relief.
My locking finger was bothersome and worsening. At first, I started taping the joint to prevent the locking during the night.That was OK short term. Then I found this finger sleeved and it really works.5 Stars for sure!

Not cold at all
Put this in the freezer overnight (I know it’s not supposed to freeze) and it felt slightly cool and when I wore it, it lasted like 1 minute before it was warm again. I wanted this work because I liked the design and it was comfortable to wear but very disappointing. Went with another brand and it was far superior.

Too small
My partner has trigger finger and he wanted to replace the Polar Ice finger sleeve his doctor gave him, but this was too small for his finger.

Not for large fingers
I normally am a ring size 12, but after a broken finger I’m currently at a 16 with swelling. My orthopedic doctor recommended these to help with swelling. They completely cut off the blood flow to my finger tip. The ice pack really only stays cold for about 5 minutes. The compression would probably be good on a smaller finger, but for large/swollen fingers this is a useless product.
