I use for long distance running and obstacle races. Taste is good and definitely provides you a welcome energy boost 15-20mins after taking. Recommend having it with water, right before a water station on your race.

I know this product well, but I was a bit disappointed to get a product so close to expiry - buying one or two gels is not an issue, but now i've got 2 full cases to clear by November.

Flavors are amazing , the texture is great, not too liquid, not too thick. Easy to digest and perfect for the stomach ! I use them for running, cycling, triathlons … another plus is that they have the higher amount of sodium per gel in the market !!!

I run marathons and have tried a dozen different makes of energy goo. This one is my favorite because its a bit more liquidy than the others which are more like a thick paste. To me (just my preference) because it's a thinner goo there is slightly more quantity. This gives me a feeling of having a treat during my run which helps with an emotional lift as well as the energy boost. These have about the same nutritional value as others and are available with or without caffeine. My personal favorite flavor is the apple but they are all decent. I also like that they have a litter leash so the little plastic tear-off isn't lost along the trail.

Es un poco más liquido que GU que es la marca que uso habitualmente pero me ha funcionado bien. Estoy combinando en las sesiones largas uno de GU y uno de estos y no he tenido inconvenientes
