My slate platter came broke. How can I get another one

where can I get replacement bowls & accessories for this tray from?

I don’t know. I think contacting the seller is a good idea.

I gave both as gifts, but I have a few bamboo pieces I use. I wash them with a lightly soaped wet cloth, and then I go over them with the same. Lots but with ALL the soap rinsed out. Finally, I dry them with a clean cloth. Because this particular item has drawers and such, let it air dry completely, put all the parts back together, and store it as you normally would. Some people may just wipe bamboo down with a damp cloth, but if I’ve put any kind of meat on it, I like to follow the procedure I wrote above. It’s a good idea to NEVER soak any wood cutting boards or similar items.

Has anyone had any experience with the slate sweating as it warms? That would make for some wet cheese.
