My favorite thing about this item is that it's a calcium magnesium and zinc pill. I already take so many vitamins that I hate to have to take three different ones when I can just take one. I feel like zinc really helps with keeping me from getting sick, I have to take calcium because of bone loss and the magnesium is really great for absorbing that. I will keep buying these.

Found this combination each part of which Is essential for good absorption of each part...really boosts and maintains strong bones/joints/nervous system/myelin sheaths/immune system...highly recommended. And I’ve used a lot of different brands including shaklee which is also excellent and solgar. This is up there with them both. I also liked the attention to package detail.
