A Most excellent purchase
This cam is superb! it has many features including sound! For such a small size, the picture quality is very good! When i want to see a "LIVE" view, the cam quickly connects, no long lag or delay. The night vision is also quite good.Its easy to hide, especially with its flexible neck, so long as you have an electrical outlet nearby like I do.If I need another one i will definitely buy this again.Oh, and the product support is also excellent. When i had a few questions, they got back me quickly.

Does not work as advertised
It was very difficult to set up the camera. I only wanted it on my PC. The app recognized the camera but would not connect. Tried the app on an android tablet. Barely worked. Tried it on my iPhone. It sort of worked with a lot of difficulty. It would not switch between stream and viewing alerts. Picture quality was very poor and you cold not switch to another alert without loosing the connection which is dial-up slow if it connected at all. (I know. Dial-up reveals my age.)It was easier to remove the memory card and view the files on my VLC app.The worst part is that the instructions say the camera had to be within 10 meters with no walls between it and the cell phone. It is much shorter than that. None of that is mentioned in the description. With that proximity requirement I may as well just go look in the room to see what is going on in there.Don't pay the V380 fee to activate the account. You wont get it back.The camera is being returned to Amazon.

Small but powerful
Setup was straight forward by following instruction manual.I was impressed by the night vision on this little thing.Works well with the recommended app, including remote view.It also records sound with the videos.

Junk
The instructions to download the app are stupid and complicated, they just don't match the instructions and the video. The app kept asking for the QR code on the device when there is actually no QR code in the device!... got frustrated never was able to get the camera running. I ended up returning this china made junk

Too a minute to set it up a few minor setbacks but nothing too crazy, overall good product. Thank you
