Very strong and stickey
These are strong traps. I have caught a lot of spiders in them. I will note though that I have some very curious cats and twice within the two years I’ve used the traps, my cats have smacked their tail on it and ended up getting caught. It did stick to them well, but I was able to get it off of my cats without pain to them.

Does the Job
I've been getting some pretty big spiders in my new place, which I am not very happy about. These have helped a lot. I put them down in every corner and a few extras near entry points, and they have caught quite a few. They are very easy to assemble and you get quite a lot in this pack. It's true that there's nothing to attract spiders into them, but spiders tend to stay close to walls and corners, so putting them in those locations makes it pretty likely you'll intercept a lot of them. They've saved me from seeing at least five big nasties crawling around so far after about a week of use. The only downside is that you can see inside very well, and I don't especially like seeing bugs dead or alive. Still, it's better than the alternative.

Absolutely amazing traps!
This product is amazing! Takes about 15-20 seconds to fold and insert in its cutout to conform to shape. I used to purchase the Terro brand but it was such a hassle to put together. I had to use tape to hold the box in place because the adhesive wouldn’t hold. These MaxGuard traps are effective and save time putting together. These actually cover more ground space than the Terro brand. These MaxGuard traps are definitely worth the money. These will be my go to traps…bye Terro

A qualified flop
Before I write this, I’ll say that everyone has their own experiences with products. Here are mine. I live in SoCal, and this year we have had a bevy of big, dangerous looking spiders webbing it up in the yard. Rather than paying for an expensive pest service, I decided to try trapping them myself. I found the traps easy to assemble and disperse across the yard. I placed them near corners where gnarly spiders seem to hide. Over the span of 3 days, I caught a roach, a big beetle that attracted a swarm of ants, and about 5 rolly polies (poor guys). No spiders tho. However, I saw plenty of spiders during that time including a huge wolf spider about as long as a finger. So, my take is that these traps catch bugs, just not spiders. Spiders seem indifferent to them. Perhaps I’m somehow doing this wrong, but from what I can see, the spiders don’t get attracted to the bait in these traps.

Traps don't work not sticky enough
I don't want to give this item such a low rating but the traps dont work at all "not sticking the very tiniest of spiders". I've seen spiders so tiny (the size of the head of a needle) go in the trap and they will wiggle around for about a half an hour and then crawl up the inside of the trap box and crawl out. The glue barely sticks on to the little tiny spiders. So if it doesn't stick the little tiny ones I'm sure it doesn't stick the big ones either. I even seen ants crawl in the trap they crawled straight across the glue like it wasn't even there and crawled back out. I don't know what type of glue that's in these traps but they're definitely not sticking not to tiny spiders or ants. I read the reviews on here before I bought the item so I was hoping for sure that it will work. But I guess you can't believe reviews . You have to test it out yourself. But these traps definitely don't stick. I have a lot of little tiny spiders crawling around my house and a few ants coming in around my windows. I only used about 12 out of 24 in the pack of the traps and I've seen dozens of tiny spiders in crawl in and all of them. So I'm glad I was able to return the item for refund.

Works Better than Pest Control Company Traps
After moving into a charming old house, I was unprepared for the spider problem that greeted us. I bought another brand of sticky traps from a pest control company, and they were useless. The spiders would literally dance around the trap, mocking us, as if in a Congo line. I used these traps and I put them everywhere. They work awesome! It’s as if the spiders are hypnotized when they wander in to the green trap. I positioned them in the corners where they tended to come from. The pest control company left me with their branded sticky traps—they were twice as big, and didn’t catch any spiders. If you have a spider problem, especially with big spiders, you know they can pick up speed. Not once they wander into the traps! I also have small children and these were safe to put in the house.
