Excellent battery life. Not too easy to learn, but overall, an excellent product! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have fun!!

Let me start by saying this is by far the WORST drone company that has ever existed!!!!!! Primarily their Customer service sucks. I have reached out to them via email over 10 + times and got a response saying that they received my email and asked for additional information, which I sent but never heard back from them again. I bought two V-Coptrs from them BOTH FELL OUT OF THE SKY WHILE FLYING AND WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED. I must admit it is a beautiful and unique drone which I love, BUT you must pray you do n to encounter any issues because their "CUSTOMER SERVICE" WILL NOT HELP YOU. Based on my experience with this drone, there is an issue with arms. The material is not strong enough, so after much stress on the drone arms from flying especially if you will be doing much maneuvering with the drone, the arm that holds the motors will EVENTUALLY BREAK, WHICH WILL RESULT IN THE DRONE FALLING FROM THE SKY WHILE FLYING! Secondly, due to their deplorable customer service, their drones are not selling. So for those that have been following, they have dropped the price to $999 from 1199.00, a $200 difference. While it may be a good deal to some, the real issues you will experience will be when you have to deal with their customer service department, which I do. not believe exists. I currently have to broken Falcon V-Coptr drone with no form of assistance.I have reached out to these clowns via Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, as well as their listed company emails. AGAIN ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE! I forgot to add that I made my initial payment for the first drone in 2019 but never got the actual drone until 2021. Again, I sent countless emails but got NO RESPONSE. I AM BEGGING YOU NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CARELESS "WANT TO BE" DRONE COMPANY. I PROMISE YOU; YOU WILL THANK ME LATER FOR IT!!!!! I had included photos of where my first fell from the sky and was utterly destroyed. The other picture of my second drone was hovering about 10 feet in the sky when the arm broke, and of course, it fell from the sky.

Awesome looking drone, but was able to connect to app only once. Changed USB cords multiple times but was unsuccessful. Still could fly drone but had not pic/video. Would have keep drone if it wasn't for that.

Very DJI style GUI. Instantly recognizable and intuitive. Of all the drones I've either bought or built from scratch, I must say this one is absolutely my favorite. The way it hangs in the air reminds me of a "Klingon Bird of Prey" :^p

I purchased this v coptor several months ago. The coptor is nice, flew great, batteries aren’t over the top expensive. But if anything should go wrong, please know that NO ONE from zerozero robotics will care what your issue is, they will never help fix any issue you have, and in my case, they won’t even bother to respond to any of the 4 emails I have sent them. The charging cord doesn’t work anymore, it stopped working on the 4th charge. I have attempted to contact zerozero robotics customer service, the warranty department, I even tried to contact someone in sales hoping that any of them jackasses would respond to me and help me with a new cord. My issue is so minor, that it’s even more frustrating being ignored, it’s not like I’m trying to return or as for a new drone. It’s the charging cord for gods sake!! So that tells me if they refuse to help me with a little issue as this, I can’t Imagine then helping anyone else out for something more than this. Here is the worst part, I paid for and got the extended 2 year warranty for this v coptor. Maybe they are hoping they can ignore me for two years and I won’t have anything else to ask for. But seriously, this has got to be one of, if not the worst customer service I have ever had to try to contact without any kind of response. So please don’t make the same mistake I made by purchasing this product. Because SOMETHING will go wrong sooner or later and I don’t want anyone else to have to go thru 3 months of trying to get this resolved and still be in the same boat I was in without any help in site. If you do purchase this and you have read this review, don’t say you weren’t warned.

I Am enjoying the Falcon so much and have been ASTONISHED at the durability and stability of this drone!!!First flight backed it into a wall and it still stayed in the air (chipped propeller, flung landing gear and all)!Another time, again backed into another wall with a hard fall and still air worthy!!!So far what I have experienced needs improvement is higher quality screws for the propellers (mine stripped upon attempting to replace) and a rear object avoidance sensor.Other than that I am incredibly impressed by this technology!
