Universal Bed Slats Center Support System with Adjustable Steel Cross Rails with 6 Verticle Support Legs

I ordered two sets. Although both orderd at the same time, each set was delivered at different times. Bought these to replaces manufacture wooden slats that came with our new cal king bed set. The wooden slats were ridiculously poor quality. The one set we were able to put together- install was fairly easy to do and it provided sufficient support. We wanted to add a second set for peace of mind but since the second set was missing hardware we just returned it and used whatever wood slats we could salvage. Overall it serves it purpose but disappointed one box had to be returned because of missing parts..

I purchased 2 sets of these slats as my contractor and I were creating a new way to support my new 15" heavy King mattress which made the bed too high to get in without steps. We removed the box springs, and added 6 new supports with 2 legs under each to get best support and thereby lowering the height . ( I had a low profile box spring but it was still too high to get in our high Rice Bed.) We had ordered the extension legs because of the height. With the screw in legs the screw was up to its maximum height and we wanted to add one more extension piece to be sure the support would be at it's sturdiest. It was almost 5 months since the original order, and I called the number on the Amazon listing and prepared for the worst since a previous review had felt the answering service was not helpful. However, the answering service, took my number, and said someone would contact me within 2 hours. In an hour, Terry from Atlanta called back and we determined which part I needed and how many ( 12). He took my address and had the replacement in the mail and it arrived in 2 days. Terry was extremely helpful and made sure I was ordering the right part by a photo I sent on my phone. I was very impressed with this excellent service with no additional charge as well! This was not a missing part as the first order was totally complete.This was an additional part we wanted. Very impressed with this company and the product.!!

The thickness was okay and it was easy to assemble but I attached the universal bed slats center support to the bed frame, the mattress was not sturdy and my wife wanted it removed. I would like to mention all required parts were not included in the box. I returned the universal bed slats center support.

Just got my universal slats and they were easy to setup for my platform bed with no box springs. I did have to still use some of my old wooden slats over my storage drawers but no fault of these slats. I did have to put them closer together than what the instructions stated. They still worked out well and I did have to add 3 of my other slats in between the metal slats for my own comfort of extra support. They worked out great! My bed no longer squeaks or feels like it's sagging anymore. Love them and would recommend them. I have a king size platform wooden frame.

First pack of three arrived missing a crossbar, wouldnt just send me a single bar had to put a pending recharge on my card to be sent a second one for a single bar. When the new package arrived it had only 4 of the 6 bars so now i war returning only a half set. Terrible. The item itself is decent and does the job, nothing special.

We have a heavy tempurpedic mattress that was causing some bowing with the wooden slats our bedroom set came with. I installed these between the wooden slats and it was an instant fix. We went from everything falling toward the middle of the bed to flat. We installed 10 months ago and have not had any problems. They were easy to install.

This product worked exactly as advertised. It was easy to assemble and attach to bed frame.
