Worked great with the cutter bit that was included.

We attached the bulb cutter first and ran it through the clog. Placed the C-cutter on the shaft and ran it through the clog. Upon removal we discovered the cutting head and bolt were not there. After looking at the parts list, item #3 is a spring washer and that was not included with the unit. Not sure if that caused the failure or not. The drain is cleared but we don't know about the missing parts. I have contacted the manufacturer twice and have received nothing but the run around from them. Always an excuse...busy in a meeting...gone to the post office...they will be in touch shortly. The last communication from Olympia was 6 days ago and I have lost hope they are wanting to step up with a proper solution. No customer service skills at all! We are returning this unit for a refund and will not purchase any product from this company again.
