Easy to put together!
This ladder was easy to put together and install and is very sturdy!

Arrived broken
Plastic hook lock thing arrived broken on one side. Too lazy to return.

Definitely recommend for kids and trampoline
My 10 & 11 year old were able to assemble easily. Perfect for the trampoline, we were using a lawn chair before and the chair would always tip over. The ladder is 100% improvement! It is nice that it attaches too, when we move the trampoline to mow you can just flip it up and it doesn't fall off.

Having dealt with the customer service department directly, I can attest to Trampoline Pro's high quality standards. I initially had a problem with my order but they reached out and directly took care of me. I'm highly satisfied with not only the company but the ladder as well. The wide 2 step ladder works well for the older children in our family, as well as the smaller ones. I love that the safety straps, which I feel are worth more money when purchasing a trampoline ladder, help keep this ladder in place and I don't have to worry about it accidentally falling while the kids are jumping.
