I have horrible sinus issues, to the point where nothing moves, and I will have liquid dripping out of my nose if I don't stuff toilet paper up there! (TMI, sorry) Anyway, if I can get just the tiniest bit of air to move, all I have to do is spray this up there while I'm breathing in, and within 5 minutes, I'm all cleared up. It's magical, I swear. I have never had any problems with any skin irritation, it doesn't interrupt my sleep, and it's easy to use. It lasts for me for up to 24 hours. Sometimes just the 12. I have only used it for the 3 days because I really don't want to find out if it's true that you can get the rebound effect if you use it longer. I suggest that you only use it as little as you need it.

Vicks Sinex is a great product — especially if you’ve got a slightly deviated septum or just struggle to breathe clearly when congestion hits. The spray is easy to use, the mist is fine and comfortable, and the relief comes fast. When your nose feels blocked, and nothing else seems to help, this really is a blessing. It opens things up, makes breathing easier, and gives you the kind of quick relief you can actually feel.

This product is legitimate and less expensive than in chain drug stores. This is an excellent, long lasting nasal decongestant and it moisturizes passages as well. Highly recommend.

Have been using this since I was 16 years old. Never use anything but ultra fine mist because you don’t want it to run down your throat. The moisturizer is a great idea, it lubricates as well as unclogs

Meh, it could be a little stronger. I have to use more sprays up the nose than what it says. I moved over to the vapocool variety of this brand. It's my preference!

NOSE CRACK!! My friends and I have been using this product for no less than 15 years now. But it has to be the extra moisturizing. The other feels like pepper spray in your brain. This one is more like mint in your brain. Much better. Works like a champ every time. I like to breathe.

Buyers be aware of rebound congestion if using a nasal spray like this for more than a day or two. It is rather pricey for a nasal spray depending on where you buy it, it's cheaper on Amazon than I find most places. It provides him nearly instant relief when using, and a bottle lasts him a week or two. It is easy to use, do make sure you watch videos on the proper way to administer nasal spray to yourself or others. It is moisturizing, and the bottle is small so travel friendly!
