Not only does it taste and mix heavenly, the marshmallow bits are top-notch. Best mass gainer I've ever had!

This is arguably to worst flavour protein powder I have ever had, I cannot even add anything to make it less nauseating, it's safe to say its destinited for the bin. Words of wisdom, if you have found a flavour you are happy with, then stick with it, change is bad....

It is good taste good better than other protein powders, bought this as it is cheaper, from the other brands. I had the strawberry and cream one, so I thought I would try this.The portion size, is very big and I had half the portion size, which was still to much as it made the shake very sweet and thicker than I like. I will use half the scoop it comes with. I prefer this with full fat milk,2TBSP Peanut butter, 1 Banana and some oats for a more calorie dense shake. Would recommend this as its better in value and taste than most just use smaller portion sizes.

Customer service was outstanding when I had questions about the product.
Mix 300g with 700ml water in a shaker or blender. We recommend one shaker per day between meals, post workout or before bed to contribute to muscle maintenance overnight. Reflex Crunchy Pieces will not dissolve when mixed. Shake well before use, do not blend, no shaker grill required. Once mixed, consume the shake straight away. For a shake that is more calorie-heavy, you can try mixing it with milk.
