Like it or not, Sebastian Bach is the reason this band ever became what it did. This Atlantic years boxset captures that era perfectly and lets be honest, it’s the ONLY era that matters where Skid Row are concerned. The new mixes of these albums are great!

IT'S HERE FINALLY !!! A must have for all SKID ROW Fans. Thanks to the people at Atlantic & BMG for releasing this box set containing Remastered Versions of Skid Row's first 3 albums, B-Side Yourselves E.P. plus a Live Cd containing 6 tracks from their Subhuman Race tour originally only available in Japan. To be honest I didn't think it would happen seen as the Remaster of their debut album was only on download release & not CD, I'm so glad it's here and reasonably priced you won't be disappointed. Whether you want remember the good ol' days of the eighties & nineties Rock/Metal scene or are looking into hearing Skid Row for the first time don't think about it, just buy it start & 2022 with a BANG!!! GO ON TREAT YOURSELF.

Despite already owning the first 3 albums, I recently acquired Subhuman Race for a very good price, I just had to have this.Beautifully presented boxset and good to have the remastered versions of these classic albums and finally the live EP that really take me back to my youth (gone wild)

Loved skid row back in the day so when I saw this set had to get it if you like 80s rock this is what you need but it

Great box set of CDs

This review is about 5 CD box set version.Skid Row fans are finally able to get the fully remastered version of Sebastian Bach years at one go. It was long overdue especially considering their massive popularity for 1st and 2nd album(first heavy metal album debuting at number one on Billboard!). This is a very well-made CD box set with a decent price. All 5 CDs are proper individual digipaks with a plastic tray. All 5 CDs are nicely put into a sturdy outer box which is a very nice touch. CD artwork is faithful to the original artwork.How is the "remastered" sound? Unfortunately, there is no specific information on who remastered these CDs anywhere in the box set but whoever did it, he did a really good job. I listened to all of them and remastered sound on CDs is exceptionally good. To my ears, there is no harsh/loud compression at all, i.e. no worries for loudness war. Well balanced with the original warmth still intact but more details you can now hear are just everywhere. Skid Row fans will be very happy to listen to all of these CDs in their finest glory.

I already had the first two SR vinyl LPs but was reluctant to pay £250+ for Subhuman Race as an original release. When I saw this collection I thought it was a way to complete my SR collection and have some extras too. The price dropped too, which was nice. There are no glossy booklets to skim over but each LP has lyric sheets. The live LP could have offered more and the B sides LP is ok but I was aware of this before I purchased it. The vinyl version of Subhuman Race is split over two LPs and sounds fantastic, had forgotten how good this LP was. Worth the money to play the final Seb Bach - SR offering on vinyl.

This is a box set of all the Skid Row I'll ever need. The packaging is solid, and the vinyl is flawless when played. Some of the discs can't be bought separately, even if you could find them, and definitely not for the price!It's a great package with awesome content for the fans. Highly recommended!

I ordered the box set as a returned open box. I couldn’t have asked for any better quality. If you are thinking about ordering an open box item from Amazon, I would totally recommend it!

Este boxset esta de lujo, toda la discografía de Skid Row Remastered digipak además del B-Sides qué actualmente es muy difícil encontrarlo y el plus del cd en vivo de la gira del Subhuman Race.

Arrivato puntualissimo il giorno dopo l'ordine. Il box si presenta davvero bene. Contiene tutti gli album della band sotto etichetta Atlantic records ( per intenderci quelli registrati con ancora Sebastian Bach alla voce dal 1989 al 1995 ) rimasterizzati e accompagnati da un bellissimo e rigoroso digipack ( e non si tratta del solito cartoncino porta cd con l'immagine dell'album sopra ) la qualità audio dei cd è nettamente superiore alle versioni precedenti in commercio, e si nota l'ottimo processo di remastering con un risultato appagante sia sui volumi che nei dettagli. Consiglio vivamente l'acquisto sia a tutti i fan che a chi vuole avvicinarsi alla band e avere tutti i primi cd in un comodo ed estetico cofanetto da collezione.
