Actually works!
I tried USB3 extender cards and had no luck. Devices would not power on and communicate. Then I bought these and they work perfectly! The length of the flex cable on this adapter was more than enough to place my graphics card where I wanted.

Operation as expected.
This extender, despite appearing low quality, has allowed me to put a GTX 970 GPU upright, it has not presented me any problems during the 72 hours of stress tests that the team underwent after assembling. So I can say that the result was satisfactory.#eltecnologoem

Wrapped with HVAC tape and works great.
At first absolutely did not work. But I wrapped it with $5 HVAC aluminum tape to provide EMI shielding and now my 1080 ti works without an issue.Good solution if you are on a budget.

The product arrived as promised- and with speedy shipping! It works perfectly for my bitcoin mining needs. It is of great quality and is simple to use. The length was great to install the pc lightning. The price is right as well!

Works ok, price is right in a low supply market
Bought 8 of these for bitcoin mining and about half of them worked as they should. However, I used a dremel tool to cut them down to "1x" size and all 8 work perfectly! I'm very happy, but strangely not for the reason they were intended for.
