I have tried other products (baby shampoo and different brand of cleanser) but nothing else does as good at cleaning a beauty blender. Prolongs the use of the beauty blender by cleaning it without damaging it. I like the way it foams up to get all the makeup out. A little pricey but worth it.

Probably the only cleanser that really gets deep into a beauty sponge is this. Does an excellent job at cleaning brushes too. Only problem is that for the price, you're not getting very much. Runs out fairly quickly. But for sheer effectiveness, it's worth it.

This soap not only cleans my sponge but smells heavenly. I use Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation, which notoriously sticks in every brush and sponge it touches! I use this soap daily and dry onto paper towel’s and my sponge lasts months not weeks.

4 stars because I thought they would be larger. Absorb well and give an even finish!

beautyblender Liquid Blendercleanser 5 oz This is the best product on the market for cleaning not only your Beauty Blender but Synthetic (Not natural or genuine) or Authentic (not false, genuine) as I have both and have used this product for a few years on my beauty blenders and both types of makeup brushes. It comes in a bottle as shown in photo with the pump inside the lid pop open you'll see a rubber like ring over the hole the product dispenses from "Do not remove this" hold the bottle upside down press the rubber ring in a bowl, counter top ect 3-4 times add a touch of water to the tips of your brush "don't merge all the brush into water" this could cause damage in the future. I personally use this product by dabbing 3-4 times on my clean counter top using luke warm water mixing with one of my brushes then swiping my beauty blender all in it. I then take a brush and squeeze my brush in the beauty blender then wipe my brush across my blender a few times on both sides then rinse each brush. Place my brushes back into its original shape hang to dry, never lay flat to dry. Also for Synthetic brushes use less product, it works great on both and don't need much. Then fold and squeeze your blender several times as it already has the cleanser in it repeat with luke warm water squeeze access water sit blender upward to dry. I have tried cheaper cleansers that use a third of the bottle to wash all of your brushes and blenders in one wash. Myself this product is a must and will last a long time. I don't clean my brushes after every use as again this could ruin the life span, I own right at 50 brushes as I like to blend several eye shadows and primers to my face. We get what we pay for, this product is a must!

One of the best cleaner for the beauty blender

This is a good product, and it does the job. So why only 3 stars? Because while this is good, it is 30 times (!!!) more expensive than what I use... that's a huge price difference! What I have found to be just as effective is a store branded no tears baby wash and shampoo. I bought a 28 ounce bottle for $2.78, and the 5 ounce bottle of Blender Cleanser for $14.99 (yes, I know a less expensive option elsewhere on Amazon can be had for $13.99, but I like to use my Prime for practically instant gratification). Although the container has a cleverly designed method for dispensing the cleanser onto the sponge, it isn't perfect. On mine, I had to cut off about 1/4 of an inch from the siphoning tube before the cleanser could be brought up to the surface of the scoop shaped saucer...not a biggie, but annoying nonetheless. Anyway, it would seem that one could just press the sponge onto the saucer and depress the saucer to get cleanser onto the sponge, and repeat as necessary. Well, yes, that does work, but it doesn't always work using just one hand. For me, I found it much easier to use a small squeeze bottle (somewhat like a small condiment dispenser) to apply the cleanser to the sponge. My little bottle has a top which flips down when not in use so nasties cannot get down into the bottle when it isn't in use. Again, the Blender Cleanser is a good product, it just isn't the best option for cleaning my beauty sponges.

I used to think all soap was created equal - even when it came to cleaning beautyblenders and brushes. How wrong I was. This product actually can remove ALL traces of makeup - WAY better than the hand soaps I had been using. I didn't know that was possible until trying this product.
