Great conditioner. I bought this product because I hoped that it would help relieve my itchy, flaky scalp which is caused by psoriasis. It has worked wonders. It makes my scalp feel wonderful--very soothing, made my scalp feel tingly. I use it and the neem oil shampoo. I also apply neem oil to my scalp every night. After less than a month all the flaking and itching is resolved. The great results have continued and it's been several months. I couldn't be more pleased.

I think this might be a good product, all natural, that is why I ordered it.However, I cannot open the bottle. Please tell me whether to push the lever, to pull it, turn it, remove the washer ring. I have tried everything and so far nothing. I really appreciate some instructions. Thanks.

Expensive but effective. Improving hair & scalp health but also improving your quality of life. If you, like me, suffer from chronic dry itchy scalp. It’s expensive but it works. & actually I’ve spent so much on bigger cheaper products that are trash. I’d rather have the relief & pay the price.To save I use the product as follows:- Split hair and apply the shampoo closely to the scalp. The shampoo is watery so keep the pump close to your scalp. Do not put it in your hand. When applied to the scalp, massage into scalp, it’s lathers well.Please note: If you have long hair , do not waste the product on the tail of your hair ( use another shampoo for that )now let the shampoo rest on your scalp for 5mins. Then Rinse- Do the same with the conditioner ( the conditioner is thick, with clumps that you can break into your scalp)again do not waste the conditioner on the tail of your hair ( no point )Hair only needs to be washed every other day for best outcome & to saveRemember! There is not point to using this product, if you do not let it rest on your scalp for 5 mind each. ( for real, made that mistake )

This works great. Calms there itch, and had taken away dandruff. I use the shampoo first. Only problem, u need a LOT. It looks like axle grease....

Perfect in all ways except advertising label it says neem seed oil on advertisement of this product however the label on mine just says neem oil. I wanted neem seed oil like it was advertised. So I rate this misleading as neem seed is the real deal compared to neem oil from leaves... 😞

Best thing for you to do is buy neem oil and add it to your conditioner. This one seems to add neem powder into it's conditioner. I'm not sure who wants to add flakes into their hair. It has poor consistency as well you have to use 2-3 times as much as you would with normal conditioner. I'm gonna buy something else and throw this one away.

I'll continue to buy this for as long as it's available. When you're putting it in it doesn't feel like your hair will be soft, but after you towl dry it is very soft!

Consistency is weird (not very creamy) and there is no slip, but I feel like it's contributing to my hair growth.
