SHAQ Double Hoop Shot Basketball Arcade Conventional + Online App Game (Deluxe Premium)

First and formost me and my husband were really excited about getting this for the price. And we saw the reviews and were iffy about it but decided to get it anyways. At first assembly we had no problems. Untill step 7 when we found out that the screws it wanted us to use were to short to fit through the poles. He is in a wheelchair and we had to pay several different people to put the thing together and made about 7 different trips to home depot and lowes for this stupid screws. The point is we had to rig it up total bull crap that they sent us the wrong screw. It fit, but no way shape or form did it go throught long enough to connect the poles. Took over a week to figure it out. I will be calling and asking for atleast half our money back we needes 4 screws like this cost 10 dollars. Plus the gas back and forth between stores. And paying people back for it. ALL FOR A DARN SCREW!!!! Verg dissapointed. Also you do not get the same product as shown on the pic. Not sure if the app works like people were saying it didnt thats not my issue dont really care about it. My husband got shot 2 years ago and it paralyzed and trying to do some at home therapy and play with our children at a low cost and this is what we got. Now that it is together it is pretty sturdy except both screws that hold the net it self fell off after a couple times throwing the ball. And they were on tight but that was a easy fix. I would like to contact the company but on the manual there is no number to contact so that sucks so i will contact amazon and see what they say. Anyways i dont recommend this unless you want a whole bunch of pain in the butt. Better off spending a couple extra dollars. I bought this fun and sporty game for my partner last Christmas and he and his friends all loved it. The hoops broke around a month or 2 in since we were using it almost none stop but I was able to register the product for the 1 year warranty they promise on the manual through the manufacturer's website and they sent me the replacement hoops within a few days at no cost to me. I'm very satisfied with this purchase as it brings hours of fun and activity and the customer service for any issues is great. This is a great gift for any who like to shoot arcade hoops which is most people in my opinion.

2 of us just spent many, many hours assembling this. Instructions are not very detailed and miss information where you just haveto guess. Looks like the net belongs to a different model because some of it doesn't line up. They sent the screws because they are not long enough, could not use washers in many areas..missing butterfly locks and a while bag of probably 20 small screws and washers that aren't even used on anywhere. But on the good end - it is heavy and sturdy. Hope it lasts for the price and work trying to find hardware from my garage.

My boys, and even my husband and I, love playing this fun game! My only complaint is that the original rims that came with this product are flimsy, and we had 2 break within the first few months that we owned this product. That being said, the customer service for this product is great, and both times, a replacement rim was shipped out very quickly. The second time, they even manufactured a new, sturdier rim for me. This product will bring your entire family many hours of enjoyment!

I purchased this for my 5 year old son and it has been a huge hit in our house! While he struggled at first to make shots, he's now really developed his shot and we can't pry him away. Even adults that come over love playing it. The product was pretty easy to put together (took about 2 hours). After playing non stop for about 4 months, the metal rim snapped, but the company responded immediately to my email and sent along a replacement. Great customer service!

well made except side netting ripped after 1 week of playing. We have had to McGiver the netting so we are not chasing the balls. Tried to reach out the company but never got a reply.

DO NOT PURCHASE!! Looks like it's no longer available, which may be BEST. 1st of all it arrived late. Secondly, as another review read, this is NOT Shaq's brand of B-Ball gaming system. Amazon should be ashame.... NONE, I repeat NONE of the hardware fit or is long enough. I spent $20 at Home Depot getting hardware (screws, nuts, bolts) that will actually put this thing together. I'm pissed that for the amount of money I paid this is product I've received. With all that I've had to do, I don't think it's worth it. The ONLY reason I decided to keep this is because of my son. ( the things we do for our kids) Please trust me when I say DO NOT PURCHASE!!

They sent me a different model which is why i’m giving it a 2 review. I ordered the shaq model and they sent me one with different graphics. Otherwise well built and fun for the family but the Instructions are terrible.

Great game. Only down fall is the backing cracked within the first 10 shots. I do however feel it may have been caused by the shipping. Company replaced it. Great family fun!
