Socks are comfortable and lightweight. Been practicing for a backpacking trip and so far I have had no problems with my feet.

Expensive socks, but so amazing. I'm hooked on these socks. They don't stink after wear. They are warm but don't make my feet sweat. They are cool, but still warm. I don't know, they're just magic.

Very comfortable and great for hiking. A little loose on the foot to use as a trail running sock. I need a more snug fit. But a great quality sock.

These socks are the best, I have several styles. I prefer the ones that say “light cushion” which actually is one of their higher levels of cushioning. They fit so nicely on the foot, and the material wicks away moisture. It helps keep my feet warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I have given these socks as gifts, and in a way it is a mean thing to do, because everyone wants to replace all of their socks with Smartwool! Pricey but extremely durable. I strongly recommend air drying to maintain size and condition.

I'm a big fan of smartwool socks - love not having to replace them every six months when they wear out, and they're so soft and comfortable. Material is thick but breathable and served my feet well on a punishing recent hike.
