Adjustable Pastry Cutter, 5 Wheel Stainless Steel Dough Divider

I was sent the 4 wheel cutter instead of the 5 wheel.. Plus it’s so cheap and flimsy that I can’t use it. Don’t waste your money

Works well for pastry. I wouldn't use it for applications that have to have perfectly straight lines. True, the wheels to wobble a bit. Maybe this could be lessened by tightening the screws on the wheels if you have an offset screwdriver but if you make the wheels too tight they will not roll. In my opinion, it works fine for its intended purpose of cutting breadsticks, dough strips, (before proofing) puff pastry (before baking), or baked shallow sheet cakes/brownies. But if you purchase this brand for precision cutting absolutely perfect straight lines, you'll be disappointed. It's a great general tool for cutting soft items into pretty straight strips. The rolling wheel blades are very sharp and therefore this cutter should be stored in its original box in your drawer so you don't accidentally cut yourself when reaching in. I personally like it and use it for cutting puff pastry into strips and making sweet pastry twists. It works perfectly for that.

I love this cutter. It's the same one we used in Culinary school. It's very sturdy, and easy to use and easy to clean.

I've wanted one of these for years but hesitated because of cost and poor reviews. I finally purchased this set and am generally pleased. It's not completely sturdy — there's a bit of wiggle on the outside arms, but if I push with enough pressure and speed it cuts very accurately. So far I've used it to cut pie crust dough and noodles. Easy to adjust, although you do both sides separately. The one I got has two wing nuts, which is much better than a single wing nut according to reviews. If you've been waiting and hesitant on price, I recommend trying these. I'm pleased thus far and will edit this review if I encounter any problems in the future.

Love that I can cut my homemade pasta into any width strips and they are all the same size! Best addition to my pasta routine since adding the motor to my pasta machine!
