It is very sharp and it works as advertised. This thing will slice a loaf of sourdough bread and half with no problem. Very sharp.

It's sharp! The offset handle makes it oh-so-easy to evenly and neatly slice through bread. This knife also is my go-to when slicing tomatoes too. It makes short work of big, juicy tomatoes. Whether you prefer thick or thin slices, with the Humbee knife in hand every slice will be neat and even. Great knife, excellent value. Recommended.

Slight rust forms near the blades, -not sure why- the points feel sharp but does have a little hard time cutting through breads and melons. the offset part is nice. easy, cheap tool for at time.

You don’t really notice it until you slice something. I will say the steel cutting blade stay sharp and for those of you lucky enough to get one that isn’t bent, it’s a very good bread, knife.

We have been using this knife for just over a year now and it has been excellent. It is long enough to cut across the centre of a round loaf. Sharp enough to cut fresh bread without deforming the slices. The handle is comfortable and the blade is very sturdy. It is a very good quality knife for the price.

I bought this to slice my home made bread, the longer blade really helps with round sour dough bread. The blade is sharp and goes through well.
