Can these work for a big and tall person at seven foot tall and at 307 pounds

Well sir, I am just 6’ tall but at 265 lbs. I’d like to say all muscle but I know better! These inserts wear almost 6 months with my weight. I’m sure you’ll get as much wear out of them. I’ve tried countless varieties of inserts and these are king! Good luck!

Would these be good for hiking in military training environments?

Yes these inserts will help anyone. Must have shoes half a size bigger to make up for the insert..

Do they make these for women?

I don't know if they make these for women, but I doubt it. You just trim around the edges to make them fit your shoes..

Can these be inserted without taking out the shoes’ original insole?

Yes they can but they are a bit on the thicker side so the shoe or boot might get a bit tighter depending on the foot wear…..
