Greatly Dampen Sound on My Recurve Bow
These limb silencers work incredibly well on my recurve bow. After installing them, I immediately noticed a significant reduction in the noise when shooting. Great product
These are easy to apply and work well. I keep some of these and some alcohol pads in my bow case. Just wipe off the limb tip with alcohol and then apply the silencer. It's a bit of a pain to remove the backing, but I think that's more of a fat finger issue on my part and not a problem with the product. I've given some out to friends and they love them too.

Helps silence string slap
Product as advertised. 3M tape holds firm, and helped silence string slap. Would purchase again.

These limb silencers work very well with one caution.
These recurve bow limb silencers do their job very well, quietening the bow. Use these with caution on the Hermit x10 recurve bow, since they are very thick. This bow has string grooves on it's limbs, where the bowstring contacts the limb ends, which are needed, especially when stringing the bow. These silencers are thick enough to completely block the string grooves from doing their job, almost allowing the limbs to twist, and possibly get damaged. As replacement limbs on this model cost over $200, that's not a chance I'm willing to take again.

ShatterProof!
Anything from Shatterproof is going to be just fine, we're big fans! Great product, the adhesive is stout, and they went on my wife's recurve easily and made a difference in the noise her bow made immediately. If you're going to get a set, this is the best store to get anything Archery from and we love his youtube channel!

Effective
Silencers live up to their advertised description. They were easy to install and noticeably dampened string noise. The quieting effect was confirmed by a friend who was standing beside me when I shot. I recommend them and will buy them again.

Works great, holding up to use
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Took out a ton of the string slapping noise. Have held up to about 1k shots so far. Highly recommend.

Work, but very narrow
they do work, but are not wide and my string already pushes them to the side after little use. could be my inexperience, but I got another leather set elsewhere that is wider and will hold up much longer I think.
