Ok, not the best
Bought this mount because I have circular vents in my car and couldn't use the typical vent mounts. My dash is shaped a little different too (2003 Toyota Celica) so I decided on trying out this one. I have an after stock stereo system but of course never use the CD player. It fits good but just bounces around a lot. Not much of a problem but I could prob keep searching for something that is more stable.

Big enough for larger phones with heavy duty cases.
I have the Samsung S7 Edge with the large Otter Box case and this mount has room to spare. I am giving it 4 stars because it does shake a bit, but not a lot. If you are constantly putting CD's in, this holder may not be what you need.

Cd car mount phone holder
I have bought many phone holders for my truck but this one is the only one I recommend. It fits securely in the cd slot it has deep enough jaws to really grip the phone and the release button is great.i highly recommend this product

Edit: The seller contacted me and offer to replace my broken mount. The problem with my old one was that the side clamps stop working. Five stars for the seller for great service. One star for the broken mount. I'll update again if my new mount breaks.20 days later and the thing is broken. :/

Is extremely hard to disconnect the phone. The button in the back is very hard to push. Also there is no way to keep the phone in one position. The phone keeps dropping down or turning towards the passenger side. Wish it would stay in one position.
