Good quality leather leash. Heavy duty, spring loaded clasp works like a champ walking our 60 lb dog. Have used this daily for about 2 months now and it shows zero signs of wear and tear. Stitching is solid and leather is tanned evenly. My 11/14 yr olds do a lot of the dog-walking, and the width is perfect for their hands. Feels a little narrow in my hands, and double the width would be perfect adult dude-size. Didn't take any stars off for this because obviously the measurements are listed in the product description - just a head's up for folks in the market for a new leash. Great product at a great price.

This leash looks and feels nice. I did a little test walking with my 85lb pitbull. No harsh tugging! Awesome! Unfortunately my dog bit right through it. No he was not tied up. Or unattended. While he was on the leash and sitting he bit right through the leash. It looks like I cut it with scissors.I reached out to the seller asking what the return policy is. They offered me a discount in case I wanted to replace it, and advised me that this leash isn't a chew toy. Yeah okay.

Wonderful leashes. I highly recommend them to anyone with a dog. I am a pet sitter and use six foot leather leashes all the time. I have previously purchased them from local pet stores and they come stiff and hard. I usually roll them up over and over on the walks in an effort to soften them. It works fine over time but these leashes come ready to use. Soft, pliable, strong, well made and leashes I will purchase again.

High quality leather with natural edges. My pup likes to carry the lease in his mouth during walks, and the lease is showing no signs of wear. Only criticism is that the clip has a very thick back which prohibits it from fitting in some collar loops.

I bought this for my Mini Schnouzer (15lbs) and although the attachment clip is heavier than I would have liked it's still a great leash (I use her harness to hold the weight of the cliip) it's well made, easy to hold, looks good and a great length. No more leashes that fray at the edges and buying every 6 months for me, I just bought another one for my Son's dog and he says it's the best leash ever! Two very happy dog owners thanks a great find on Amazon.

The leather of the leash is smooth and of good quality. The clip does not close flush the way I would expect it to be. It has not caused any problems keeping my dogs on leash but I would expect it to be even and butt up metal on metal smooth. For this reason I gave it 4 stars.

Love this leash. Strong, soft, wears like iron. I have had the leash for a year. I have a 120 pound Pressa Canario and this leash holds him easily, feels good in my hand, and looks good. Would definitely buy again.

I messed up my measuring, and for my little Jack Russell Terrier this was much too big, of course. I gave it to my son for his much larger dog, and he is very happy with the sturdiness and workmanship on this leash.
