Very much enjoying this tea which is manufactured in Hungary. It was recommended to me by my physiotherapist who praised its benefits to mood in the darker winter months. I find it tastes pleasant. A word of warning: I have been told that it should be taken at night when you're not going out into the sun because St. John’s Wort, including tea, can cause increased sensitivity to sunlight, leading to sunburn, skin rashes, and potential eye damage. The active compound hypericin makes skin and eyes more sensitive to UV light. I couldn't see instructions on the packet to this effect (but then my Hungarian isn't great) so just throwing this out there for anyone who might find it useful.

Sometimes, I feel like a broken record writing these reviews. But this is, genuinely, the best night time tea. I feel at peace, and calm runs through my views.

I now have two daughters that use this tea here and there to help balance their "sad times". Taking it on a regular basis would be better- and each of my daughters has done so when they needed to get on top of the wave...but it makes them feel so much better that they forget why they feel better and what helped them- so they stop. No side effects; just overall a more peaceful and happier perspective on life.
