While this tea is a little costly, it is cheaper than alternatives, and it works for us. It doesn't have traditional tea leaves but includes a more natural tea, including sticks, which is odd at first. But you brew it as you would other teas and drink it. The longer it steeps and sits, the stronger it gets. It has an Earthy taste, but if you add honey and lemon it's better. We enjoy it for the health benefits and will keep purchasing this product.

This product is not a leafy tea, it is full of stems actually it is mostly stems. If it’s what’s it’s supposed to be that’s great, but the bag of stems was definitely not part of the description. I am so disappointed because I have bought items from this brand before and was not disappointed, but this was terrible.
