Is it supposed to come without a spray nozzle? Or did I just get screwed?

It comes with a nozzle and a tube. Contact the seller/Amazon, ask for a return label (free return shipping) and a replacement. Sucks, but nobody gets it rght all the time, not even Amazon :). Good luck

Can i use this with dupont chain lube?

It's chain cleaner. It cleans the chain and you rinse it off, so I'm sure you can use whatever lube you like afterwards. I don't like using it because it takes the black paint off my sprocket. It's made to use with chain wax.
