It comes with the drain assembly. The deck plate is 5 7\8 inches (just shy of 6").

Is the moen chrome faucet spot resistant?

General cleaning instructions for Chrome would be a damp cloth and mild liquid dishwashing soap followed by rinsing with water and drying with a soft cloth. Most common household cleaners can be used, when used in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions for use. However, all cleaners should be rinsed off thoroughly with water immediately after cleaning your faucet.
