I like the fact that you only need to take 1 pill versus some of the other brands where you have to take 2 and sometimes 20 minutes before eating. This product can be take with food or without and it works well for me.

From my experience with taking goat weed and from the almost this says it has in it I expected a little bit more out of it but it didn't feel like it did much when I worked out even after taking it consistent for a month, im going to stick with my other products after this runs out. I actually went back to taking my other supplements on top of this because it felt like nothing. Might be good for beginners

Notice changes in energy after taking it the first day but after the third day, I was able to add in another giant set (4+ exercises into a set) into my routine! Feel amazing in the gym and feel like I can do more.

On 2nd bottle, nothing special.
