Astral Projection for Beginners: The Astral Travel Guide to an Intentional Out-of-Body Experience (Psychic Awakening)

I was absolutely enthralled the entire time reading this book. I have read books on Lucid dreaming and have been fully lucid a couple of times so far. Astral Travel has definitely been on my list of things I want to learn. This book is so incredibly detailed in every aspect on the subject of Astral Travel. It has inspired me to want to put all my energy into successfully controlling my Astral travels. She lists common misconceptions and dangers to be aware of. She also has detailed outlines of how to journal properly, as to que your subconscious mind of how important it is to you on your conscious level. I always wondered what the difference between Astral travel and Lucid dreaming are and that is also explained in detail. She has so many fantastic methods to apply as you attempt to separate your Astral body from your physical body. I would absolutely 💯 percent suggest this book to anyone looking for valuable information and insight into the art of Astral Travel.

This is a well written book on Astral projection with detailed techniques and tips. If you are new to the subject, this book is for you.

I really enjoyed this book. It was very easy to read and understand. It gives different techniques you can try and helps you understand why you shouldn't fear traveling. This is a book I will reread for reference. I haven't successfully AP yet from reading this but it has gotten me to lucid dreaming, which I wasnt able to do before.

This is one of somewhere between 50 and 100 books I have read cover to cover about astral projection, including books written from the 1920s to those currently being written. Silvia's book is in the top 5 of the best of all of them. Her introductory chapters and information are excellent, as are all chapters. This book contains very little superfluous information, but at the same time contains all of the essentials. I have read other books by Silvia and find them extremely well written and insightful. I can highly recommend this book as a first book for those interested in the subject, and also for seasoned individuals and those who are already familiar with the subject. Thank you Silvia for writing this and making it available.

Astral Projection for Beginners is the best Silvia Hill book to be released to date. The guide walks the reader through the entire subject. Filled with great tips from breathwork to hypnotism and many solid methods for achieving astral travel , this book is a must for anyone interested in this otherworld topic. I have the paperback in my library, but this book is available on Amazon Kindle Unlimited as well. Pick it up and go. Enjoy!

Really thorough guidance to understanding and traversing the astral realm. I was interested in astral projection and this is the first book I started and made it all the way through. Good luck to A. Travelers.

I was excited to offer a review of this book in exchange for a copy. I have been interested in this topic but had yet to read up on it. It is an easy reading book and provides a good understanding of astral projection and provides steps to start exploring it. It is definitely a beginners book not just a beginners of astral projection. My reasoning for the three stars is the writing in the book goes from an instructional format to a humorous format and back again. The writing format is very inconsistent. There is also quite a bit of discussion around the legitimacy of metaphysical beliefs and other pieces that do not directly relate to astral projection but are necessary pieces to develop the confidence to astral project. Overall, I would recommend this book if you are interested in the topic but have not yet started to dig into other metaphysical topics.

Enjoyed the book, just thought some areas could have been more fleshed out!

Can't say much as it was a gift but it arrived quickly, looked great and of good quality.

How come that all these how called spiritual books look the same, there is nothing to find about the writer other than that she or he has written tens of books in short period of time and that no big publisher has published the books? There all from amazon... Where is all this "knowledge" is coming from? This is just very strange....

I am an absolute beginner. I knew nothing about astral travel except it has to do with leaving the body and travelling in another dimension. This books covers all the basics, and I appreciate that it covered misconceptions about astral travel that can make us fearful. I was very scared to astral travel due to horror stories, so I decided to educate myself. I feel much better now because many of these misconceptions were discussed. Since I'm not very knowledge about the subject, I can't comment on it's value for more advanced travellers.
