This replacement remote was purchased for our LG TV. It works great!! We've had no problems with it. My husband lost the original so I ordered two of these for backups. LOL!

Sticking buttons
The unit functions, but the buttons keep getting "stuck"

Junk remote
As soon as I pressed the volume + button it got stuck. Literally has been out of the box 1 minute before. Volume button stays stuck everytime its pressed. Absolute junk product

Universal Remote Challenges
Receivers and television sets are complex and growing more so each day. Surround sound features and TV/receiver/ remote compatibility are guesswork at times, and if a remote is lost and the original is not available, universal remotes like the Pioneer in this review can at least get the set on and off, raise or lower volume, and occasionally get to the input menu so you can choose where your TV gets it signal. With this remote, I get all the basic features bit still cannot set up surround sound parameters. These remotes often come without menus or instructions, so there is still work to be done after its arrival.
