I'm glad someone is finally offering Protein snacks that are hardy and not too salty. I can't say that for Pure Protein's Cheddar Crackers which are about 100 mgs of sodium over what they should be They literally burn your tongue! But the Puffs seem to be the perfect amount of salt and crunch. The Cheesy Puffs are kind of spicy. But the Brick Oven Pizza ones are very close to the pizza flavor. These are the perfect snack for someone that is watching their carbs and needs a good CRUNCH. I eat a bag every day.

I should've known what I was getting into. I've had other Pure Protein snacks before, and they've always been a little... different. But my favorite savory protein snacks have soared with inflation and I was hoping to compromise with something a bit cheaper.You get what you pay for, I guess. The flavor dusting is great. The puffs themselves, well, that's something else entirely. They're very crunchy and can scrape your gums a bit. There's more chewing than a traditional cheese puff because of the protein content giving it more body. It's one of those things that either is or is not a dealbreaker for most people when the flavor itself is good. And I'm not sure I'm willing to put up with it long-term.Still gonna finish my boxes though. And probably be lured back to buy them again when I tire of the sticker shock of other products and haven't yet found another alternative. So it goes.

In terms of protein snacking this does the job very well. Especially if you enjoy flaming hot Takis or Cheetos. The reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is due to the crunch being a little much. Comparing this to something like flaming hot cheetos the flavor is very similar but the added protein makes it very hard to chew. I would recommend a softer protein snack if you have sensitive teeth.

Great product for if you are trying to cut down on carbs. They taste like parmesean crisps. That is the smell I get when I open the bag. I usually pour the bag out on my plate so the smell is not so strong. I purchased the spicy cheesy poofs.. Texture is a bit cronchy. More like a pork rind/ parm crisp. Bags are really a good portion. That bums me when products say " less carbs" and there is hardly anything in the bag. NOT SO with these. They really are not spicy hot,but very flavorful.. It is something I would buy even if I wasn't trying to cut carbs... Also tried pasta zero..I won't do that again.I 'd rather eat worms.BUT these cheesy poofs REALLY are good! Definitely recommend. They aren't Chesters.. But I don't think they are trying to be.

I love getting these. I get the pizza flavor, and they don't really taste like a pizza, but they are good. The flavor isn't real strong but it's there. They are pretty hard and crunchy, but I like the crunch. It feels good knowing I'm getting some decent protein along with a crunchy snack. Just wish they were a little bit cheaper. Other than that, for an occasional snack, they're very good!

I was a bit concerned about the other reviews complaining about the texture but no complaints here. They are a bit mealy but no worse than other keto substitutes I have tried. I got the Scorchin Hot flavor and they are my favorite of the 3 brands I've tried (the others being Shrewd Food and Schoolyard Snacks). As a bonus they are both cheaper and contain no dyes or erythitol as some brands do. I will definitely buy these again.

I love Hot Cheetos but as I am trying to cut carbs and get more protein I thought I would give these a try. It was awful. The first thing you taste is the puff product that had the bad chalky protein taste, followed by a bad hot Cheetos taste. I want to say that I love this brands protein bars, seriously the best protein bars but a total miss for these hot Cheeto alternatives.
