Finalmente ho trovato un integratore che non appesantisce fegato e reni ! Qualunque integratore prendessi ( Brand importanti ) influivano negativamente sulla mia salute , al punto di doverli sospendere . Dopo ricerche accurate ho acquistato questo integratore che è quasi privo di lattosio , non fa ingrassare e non crea assolutamente problemi se usato come consigliato . Non lascia quel sapore “ salato “ in bocca e quella sensazione di pesantezza !!! Ottimo per frullati e pancake e assunzione diretta con acqua/latte !!!

Ho provato diverse volte queste proteine a basso contenuto di lattosio. Mi piace molto il sapore e si sciolgono bene in acqua o yogurt. Conviene acquistare la confezione grande per risparmiare.
