This is the only Vitamin D supplement that actually raises my levels. It's a little expensive but lasts a long time. I attribute my not getting sick for the last 5 years (2020 to 2025 so far) partly to this.

Value for money: Having this product in liquid form, I believe, makes it more bio available.

It's tuff to find a low dose liquid Vitamin A supplement on Amazon. Each drop provides the perfect daily dose and from a very reputable company. Most liquid Vitamin A supplements force you to shake the product as the Vitamin A can sink to the bottom giving you an inconsistent dose. You don't have that problem with this supplement.
