Great subsitute
Being a diabetic I always look for a sugar substitute that tastes good. This monk fruit is so close to tasting like sugar is hard to tell it's not sugar. Great taste without the sugar spike that comes from regular sugar. The best thing is that you use it just like regular sugar. Cooking, baking, coffee and tea tastes great now.

Coffee & Tea Sweetener
As a former "Purecane Reb A" (brown sugar) sugar replacement user for years, their company went under unfortunately, their product was considered 5 stars by me. So this left me on the search for another - which led me this product (BetterBody Foods Golden Monk Fruit Sweetener Blend - Sugar Substitute, Zero Calories). The taste is close to what I look for, however I had to use 5 times the amount (5 Tablespoons) in my 8oz cup of coffee to taste the sweetener. Let me be transparent - i have a very sweet tooth, so your mileage may vary.

Best Sugar Alternative
Very little noticeable difference between this product and sugar. The product itself resembles crystallized sugar, which is very different from other alternatives. It dissolves well in water and other drinks. If you just taste the sugar by itself there is a slight bitterness, but it’s still good. When I get to the bottom of my cup of tea, I start to taste more of the bitterness at the back of my throat, but it goes away quickly. I use about 1.5 tablespoons in a cup of tea or coffee and by using this instead of sugar I’ve been able to cut about 150 calories. Highly recommend and I’ll be using this for the rest of my life!

GREAT Flavor! 1:1 All-Natural, Non-GMO Brown Sugar Substitute
I've had so many zero calorie sweeteners and this is by far the best! It's preservative free and Non-GMO, which I like for my family. It’s also low-glycemic, so it doesn't spike your blood sugar. Great for diabetics. Usage is a 1:1 ratio for brown sugar. I use it in my coffee, smoothies and baking, just as I would regular sugar, and it doesn’t have an artificial taste like most zero calories sweeteners. I've felt much better and had more energy since cutting sugar out, and using this product has made that easy. I use a number of BetterBody Foods products and they always hit the mark!
