Honestly unsure if this actually helps with anything, but it feels good to stretch my lower back out. This is a preferable method for extending those muscles, as it is fully adjustable and provides a fair amount of support. The liner built into this traction device is of high quality, just like most Ajuvia pillows, so I don't feel I'm going to pop it just by laying on it, despite weighing approximately 250 pounds. I'm sure if I used some guides I could use it to extend some muscles and points of pressure, but for someone who wants to just lay down and remove some compression, it does the trick and I've never felt uncomfortable.
