I have had for almost a year, did drop it a couple times and still okay. Although my cap did brake. Contacted customer service and replaced my whole bottle. I love my bottle. 🥰🥰 I just wished they would sell the cap separately.

I bought this water bottle with the goal of decreasing my plastic bottle use. Pros: Mouth of bottle is big enough that it's easy to clean. Also it comes with its own cleaning brush. I like that it had the markers on the side for volume and reminders when to drink. It's also a good size and pretty. Cons: I was using this bottle during the summer and wanted my water frozen. I even left a little bit of space at the top for the water to expand. Still broke. Emailed the company to send me a replacement and they never got back to me. I owned this bottle for all of two seconds. The rubber around the glass bottle part cannot be removed, so you cant clean it thoroughly. The strap is made of like a fabric rope so when you wash it, its hard to dry fully. Also the water and soap gets trapped within the opening that the strap comes out of and is hard to wash out. A silicone strap would have been better. Also the strap is also not long enough to go around your wrist and is essentially useless. If you are prone to dropping things or dont have a good sturdy place to put your bottle during transit, chances are you will break it and not even be eligible for this replacement the company is promising. It was a disappointment for me. Good luck.

I use this every day. It would be much too large and heavy to take on a hike, but it works great to pour into my daily cup to make sure that I'm getting the full day of water intake. The pink is pretty and helps to make it easy to hold and easy to use.

The media could not be loaded.  This bottle will break easily succeed it is not borosilicate even though it advertised it as if it were. Do you research! You have 90 days from date if purchase in case it breaks in those 90 days. Other than how easy it will be to break I am enjoying the wide mouth drinking spout.Update: the company has contacted me and has informed me that it is indeed borosilicate even though it doesn't say that on the box it came in. It does seem to be pretty tough. I have dropped it once or twice and it hasn't broken. I don't put different temperature liquids in it so I don't know how it goes up to that.

PROS: Glass! Plastic of any kind is so bad for you and the environment. Glass will last way longer if taken care of properly, make the water taste better and be just better for you and the planet- win! win! The clear sides are nice and the silicon grip works well. The writing on the sides helps to gauge how much is in the bottle. Comes with a nifty strainer and brush. Easy to clean. It's visible and has an okay style - kinda looks like something you'd find next to a bath tub. that's probably the bamboo and string giving it that "bath" or "spa" look. I don't care for the "motivational" messages. they are kinda dorky to me- but, to each their own and in the least they are cheerful which is nice ... so, they are a pro. Does not leak unless you shake it like crazy.CONS: The bottle is big around so fits a bit huge in the hand. The lid has no stay so you have to set it down or hang it off your finger when using the bottle. Bottle can tip over when being filled and or when only about a quarter bottle remains. I've had similar bottles, if this one fell on hard ground from say 3 feet up, it may break. Again, this bottle is huge so when full it can get pretty heavy and may be hard to carry around. I put filtered water in from my house then head to work with it stuffed in a back pack with soft stuff next to it so it does not tip over.MAYBE CON OR PRO ??? The large mouth may be hard to drink from for some - unless you like water running down all over your face. I don't actually drink from the bottle directly but pour water into a cup and drink for that. This keeps the water fresh all day with out any of my spit or microscopic food bits getting into the bottle. This also gives me an excuse to have a "bar" in my office at work which feels kinda stylish and clique- "look, I have a drink bar at work ..." Just use your imagination. What ever makes staying hydrated more fun is a bonus in my book.UPDATE: The bottle broke when it got bumped a little too hard. it was in my bag and I clunked it against a counter. All other times i had accidentally done this, the bottle was fine but this time it shattered into a million pieces and leaked water every where. my bag got soaked and there were literally hundreds of tiny glass bits EVERYWHERE into every crevice, fold you name it. it was a beast to clean out and I had to let it fully dry before taking a vacuum cleaner to it where it took nearly an hour of careful cleaning to get all the glass. i hadn't really bumped it that hard and blamo! it just decided it was going to break into all these tiny sharp pieces. It was such a bother that I am not going to buy this bottle as its too fragile for ordinary use.

I loved my bottle so much !!!!! perfect size and colour, (pink) I didn't realize it was so tall until I got it. This made me loved it even more. A must buy !!

The water bottle arrived timely and in excellent condition. My color choice is blue which is simply gorgeous. Unfortunately, the brush which was sent with the water bottle will NOT extend at all. The white oval button can be pushed until the cows come home, but no way does the brush extend one centimeter.

I loved the ease of cleaning, and being reminded of how much water I had had to drink each day.I loved the colour of the holder!The holder helped to protect it from breakage, but it is still necessary to take care to not break the glass by poor handling.I accidentally broke this water bottle when I slipped on an icy patch on a sidewalk -- after I had been using it with delight for a month. I went to Amazon and was even happier to learn that the company would replace a bottle that was accidentally broken within the first month of use. I emailed the company and they were very helpful to me They sent me a replacement bottle (and reminded me that I could only receive 1 replacement bottle). I have my replacement bottle and am very carefully using it to make sure that it does not break again!

I spent ages choosing a water bottle and went for this one. I really love it! It’s so pretty, the fruit infuser works great, and it really big which is great for me because I don’t like refilling bottles more than once a day. The silicon makes it feel reinforced, although obviously it’s glass so it’s good to be careful with it. I love the bottle sponge that comes with it, makes it really easy to clean. Would be good for there to be an easy way to clean the groove in the lid, but apart from that, for me it’s a dream bottle !!

Such a great water bottle that I have so far bought 3 more for family and friends.So many extra little features to make drinking water that much easier.

Beautiful, functional product. Water stays tasting fresh in glass, easy to keep in the fridge so that water is Always cold!! Literally the only bottle ensuring my constant and adequate hydration through the day as a busy mom of 3 young small children. Bottle itself is also aesthetically beautiful, nothing but compliments!Only sad bit is I dropped it on our front stone path bringing kids into the house and the bottom of the bottle completely shattered 😩 Emailed Customer Support, hoping they might be able to help with a replacement!
