Truly high-quality sourcing!
I was seeking Ghee sourced from the most truly humane and transparent sourcing I could find. Also, I wanted ghee from truly pasture-fed animals. This is one of the two I have found and tried, so far, both of which taste amazing! My chef friend and I compared it to his 4th & Heart Ghee. There was simply no comparison. This was so much better, that his came off as completely tasteless by comparison. The other one I have tried, so far, after researching for those criteria, was Pure Indian Foods. Also excellent. Different flavors, both super, high quality, with great transparency re: sourcing. Again, both were amazing. This one, for comparison, had a more intense flavor and color — a bit more of a “caramel” flavor. My chef friend and I agreed that each was wonderful, and it would just depend what you were using it for, what flavor you preferred for that moment. I also loved the detailed full disclosure in the answer the company gave, to my question about grass-fed vs. grain-fed, as applies to this product.

Price and quality
Although the price for this product is a bit high it's still in range with similar companies with the same product, it works well enough for cooking but is a little bland and needs a bit of salt it appears to be a decent product

It's so wonderful that it is also made in the USA 🇺🇸. What more could you want delicious grass raised & cultured ghee. I made a milk and butter loaf of bread. I used this ghee instead of the butter. What a tasty, soft sandwich loaf it made. Artisinal & a cut above for sure. I'll be buying again
