Q: Does this come with an interior bracket with gasket to secure the unit to the roof?

Flange of unit has a row of holes around perimeter to secure, fasteners not included. Suggested would be Sheetmetal or rivets to secure. Gasket , installation manual and cutout template are provided.

Q: Can this be opened from the inside and outside?

Unit has interior handle to open from inside. Upon not fully closed you will be able to move lid to various positions from outside.

Q: Screw recommendation, I know that you need to get your own screws, what screws will suffice for install?

I was mounting it thru an aluminum roof on a UTV so I used self tapping metal screws. I think I used #10 metric, but size and length depends on your application.
