Review: Very nice and Easy to use.... - I have been spinning while going through cataract surgery and thought this looked nice. It is lighter than my other spindles, and does not spin for as long. It I longer than my other spindles, so I am able to spin more. It does not spin as stable as my other spindles, but I got used to resting the tip while plying. But the really wonderful part is the petals give me notches all the way around so no matter where I stop I can wind it and rehook anywhere. I was amazed with how much time this saves. My other spindles have one notch, which can mean a bit of fiddling around to properly wind and hook again. For that reason alone, I recommend this spindle. It was also a great price, looks nice, and is holding up well. I am spinning merino combed top, very fine (finished 3-ply is aboutn12-14 wpi), and chain-plying.

Bought this to replace the spindle that I made myself to spin on. It’s a world of difference already and I’m having so much fun using it. Comes with a little case that is kinda cheapy and hard to zip but still is nice to contain everything when you’re taking a break from spinning. The flower design is pretty, it feels sturdy and well balanced and it spins well.
