I began taking four of these per day to try and help strengthen my hair. It will probably take half a year to see a change in my hair, but my nails are stronger and growing quickly.

I use this in conjunction with Silica, also purchased from Amazon, and my nails have never been in better shape. My hair also looks thicker, but don't know if this is due to this product, or others I am presently using. But I will say that this + silica will strengthen and lengthen your nails, if that is your goal.

Not sure what to write. Yet I haven't seen any results with the grow of my hair. I guess it takes time And update: Maybe for them pills being organic. There's no bad things in them. Cause I ended up bitting my nails n they were also breaking😔 after I had months taking other Biotin from the dollar store. And they worked and was so LONG N BEAUTIFUL😩💦
