Incredibly easy to use keeps good track of mead activity

These use a silicone bung. The pros are the silicone bungs do not have a bad order compared to the rubber bungs. However, the silicone bungs are harder to get into the carboy bung hole and easily pop out of the bung hole after you install them. What works for me is that you have to insert the bubbler into the bung first, then force the silicone bung into the bung hole by pressing around the bung with your thumbs until the bung seats level with the top of the carboy. If you try to press it down any less and have any portion of the bung above the carboy top, then it will eventually pop out. Also, the inside of the glass bung hole and the silicone bung has to be completely dry. Any moisture at all and they will pop out.

I like this type of bubble airlock. I dont like the 3 piece airlock as much as this type. Fair price and easy to clean and disinfect.

Fermented food tastes great it is really good for you. I've done pickles next time I will do sauerkraut with all kinds of other vegetables.

It's a simple design, easy in all aspects,however I'm not impressed with the quality,the plastic is a little thin.

They are easy to use and work very well in my half gallon glass jugs.In fact, after getting them, I found they are much easier to use than the original ones I had bought earlier from a different company. Even those worked, but they weren’t as easy to get set up.I will buy them again if need be in the future.
