I’ve been taking this vitamin C complex for a while and I like the combination of ingredients. It includes vitamin C, zinc, and L-lysine, which makes it a convenient all-in-one supplement. The tablets are easy to take and I haven’t had any issues so far. It feels like a good addition to my daily routine, especially during colder seasons.

I have a AAA which can become dangerous over a period of a few years. They grow on average about 4 mm in diameter per year. When they get over 5 cm they usually perform surgery to correct it. I did research and one of the products along with blood pressure meds, baby aspirin and and Lipitor that tends to be effective to slow the growth of AAA is Vitamin C+. I have been using it for a year and when I had a scan a year after the AAA was first detected it did not grow at all. I do not know if this was effective, but I can't argue with the results. I did all this with the knowledge of my physician. Do not do it on your own without having first consulted with a doctor.
