I am satisfied the purchase of the Benfotamine. This is a supplement I need for my neuropathy.

Top Notch. Benfotiamine is a fat soluble form of Vit B1 Thiamine. Thiamine is water soluble so this fat soluble form not only stays in your body longer but is more easily absorbed by your body. I took it for several reasons: 1. It helps heal nerves and my ankle had a bad wound on it, lots of nerve pain, then surgery. This helped a lot with healing my ankle nerves. 2. Burns belly fat! Vit B1 is used up in the storage of excess carbs into belly fat, creating a short supply. In order to burn this fat you also need Vit B1 but now it is in short supply. Taking a supplement will allow you to get the most of exercising to burn it off. Belly fat is insulin resistance, so be sure to stop eating white refined carbs if you have it. Keto diet helps a lot. Adding Benfotiamine really works well. 3. Diabetic Neuropathy - this helps support and heal nerves. 4. Anxiety and Depression - since the brain has nerves too, this helped me overcome a period of high anxiety due to surgery and life events. Absolutely marvelous! I felt better immediately and did not have to take any drugs to feel good. My dosage was 300 mg every night. I also took 300 mg in the morning just for a short while to boost it. It makes you feel very rested and gives you good sleep so night is best. I absolutely love Benfotiamine and take it daily at night 300 mg. I have recommended this to a lot of friends too, esp if they feel mildly depressed or anxious or need nerve support.

I wrote a detailed review but it disappeared after giving permission to access my camera. 💝Know this: The extreme carpal tunnel pain I was experiencing and sleepless nights associated with it has been reduced to level 1 after taking vITAMATIC BENFOTIAMINE for only 2 days. I attribute the quick results to taking daily vitamins works supplements for years. My body was ready to absorb the ingredients. 🩺Consult with your PCP before purchasing/using this supplement because body chemistry differs in us all. I don’t work for the company. Very quick delivery, product as described. I was a little surprised that the sticker with the company details covered a good portion of the 'warnings for use' on the container.

No problems with it

Thankfully this doesn't stink to high heaven like some B Vits I've tried to take in the past (and ended up binning). I'm taking twice the dose, two capsules every day spread throughout the day or that is the plan. This is to help me with high pressure in both my eyes and as suggested by Dr Berg from YouTube. I will see how I go. So far no neon yellow pee meaning that I'm just letting go of excess. All good so far. Easy to swallow.
