I've been eating the same breakfast for almost four years now. I have a bottle of protein cold brew and one of these bars. It's a great way to start my day. I like the regular flavor but the chocolate is great. They do trend toward a bitter dark chocolate flavor which might turn some people off. My toddler likes them too! Pay attention to the use-by date on these bars. It's not just a suggestion but a must. They get stale very quickly afterward.

I have been pre-diabetic for years, started drinking Perfect Keto Exogenous Ketones Powder shake almost every morning for breakfast for 8 months, along with eating a Perfect Keto Mallow Munch bar. My fasting glucose and A1C down significantly enough that my doctor was literally surprised. May be other factors involved, such as some minor diet adjustments and moderate exercise (I am 64 with bad knees) but my weight has stayed the same, so may be a correlation with using this product. Chocolate taste and texture surprisingly palatable compared to similar products. I plan to stick with this routine to maintain glucose at normal levels.

I thought I would take a chance on these. I think these are excellent! A nice deep chocolate taste. Mouthwatering. A little bit of crunch almost like crispy treats but way less sticky. They practically melt in your mouth. Of all these type of low carb treats, I am enjoying these the most. I bought one box to give them a shot. I'm ordering more after this review. They are all pricey but these are not too bad compared to others out there. Tasty tasty!

Not my favorite. Has a flavor like protein powder or it's stale. It's hard to know. I won't be buying this again but many people don't mind the protein powder taste with a somewhat bitter aftertaste. A lot of ppl don't taste the cold that comes from Erythritol but I do. I'm trying different products to see which ones work for me. It's a process.

Love the chocolate flavor, low carb and great crunch! Low calorie and carbs and I feel like I am cheating! makes a great sweet treat! Buy these every month, highly recommend!

They are pricey but oh so good when you are following the Keto diet. I rewarded myself with one a day!

This snack is a great substitute for the original crispy rice treats. It has a nice strong chocolate flavor that is not overly sweet and doesn't have an over artificial sweetener flavor. It's a great way to stay strong and keep sugar out of the diet when you have that sugar craving and it keeps you surprisingly full after eating it, like most keto snacks.
